Pam is a problem solver with a keen interest in understanding the big pictures. Her degrees are in Geography and Geology working in a variety of areas during her career. Pam retired fom PG&E after 20 years in the IT area of the company. The last 15 years with a focus on project design, implementation and management and is a PMI (Project Management Institute) certified Project Manager. Throughout her career she has excelled at building and leading diverse teams, emphasizing creating project solutions that leverage a holistic view and assessment of the big picture impact in the approach.
As a founding member of the non-profit outdoor educational group Caritas Creek, Pam continues to provide support to that organization as well as many other non-profit groups that are working for the betterment of the planet and society for all living beings.
Pam is a positive force and gets great personal satisfaction from helping others to achieve their dreams and goals. In addition to efforts with the North Bay Small Business Incubator, she and her husband are currently expanding their Daisy Hill Enterprises family business. Pam’s business area of the Enterprise - Daisy Hill Artisan’s - continues to evolve and grow.

Kelley is best categorized as a Social Enterprise Entrepreneur. She has started ten successful small businesses and has been nationally recognized as a leader in building resilient communities. In 2010, she was Sonoma County’s Sustainability Trailblazer of the Year. Kelley is the cofounder of the Livability Project, Sonoma County GoLocal Cooperative, Share Exchange, Made Local Marketplace, the Local Economy Institute, Local Works Flexible Purpose Corporation and North Bay Made. Kelley holds a BA in Environmental Studies with an emphasis in renewable energy from UC Santa Barbara. She was a Comprehensive Planner for the County of Santa Barbara and the Marketing Director and Territory Sales Manager for her family business, Rajala Rehab Products. She is a Community Mapping consultant and her goal in life is to create Local Economy Centers across the country. She predicts the future to be filled with hundreds of regional ‘Livability Centers’ that support solutions for sustainable living.
