Holding an Event at the ShareExchange

Thanks for your interest in holding an event at the ShareExchange! 

We have a variety of spaces available by rent by the hour to groups or individuals.We are also able to partner with organizations for a limited amount of events that foster community, creativity, sustainability and a local economy. If your event is a public event, we offer complimentary posting to our website and include your event in our weekly ShareFlash emails blast. Use of our projector, coffee maker, and tea kettle is included with space use. We also have reusable dishes and glasses available by arrangement.

Our Spaces....

The Library is equipped with a conference table, movable chairs, a white board, and coming soon: video conferencing!

The Blue Room is equipped with a table, moveable chairs, and white board.
  • capacity: 4-6
  • rate: 9:00-6:00- $20/hr; after hours: $30/hr
The Lounge is an open area great for networking socials, circle discussions, presentations and movie screenings. This space has a rotating art exhibit, and is equipped with a projection screen, movable chairs & movable tables.

  • rate: not available between 9-6; $35 after hours
Upstairs is located on the floor above the ShareSpace, and is a wide open space perfect for movie screenings, movement classes, large socials and meetings. This space is accessible by both elevator and stairs, and is equipped with a sink, white board, movable tables and chairs. The blank walls can be used to post temporary art or posters.
