A Participant Testimonial: "Listen First skills have helped me in so many ways with my work and family. I have 4 grown daughters, and we have become even closer than ever. They tell me all the time how I’m such a good listener now. I'm able to help them figure things out on their own without just giving my advice or sharing stories they really don’t want to hear." M.M., Santa Rosa, CA
